Keetoowah Cherokee Language Classes Begin in Tahlequah, Eight other Communities

The United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians in Oklahoma will begin another series of free Keetoowah Cherokee Language Classes in nine area communities. The classes in Tahlequah will begin on Monday, January 21, 2008 and will be held every Monday evening for 10 weeks from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Elm Tree Baptist Church. D.J. McCarter will be the instructor.
